Why Every Founder Needs Someone In Their Corner

Why Every Founder Needs Someone In Their Corner

There's something weird and wild happening right now. AI is literally everywhere, and we have never had more information at our fingertips.

Need to learn Meta ads? There's a video.

Need help writing a product description? Ask ChatGPT.

Need feedback? Reddit has 437 strangers ready to give you 438 different opinions.

So why are so many people still stuck? Because information isn't the problem anymore, judgement is.

Honestly, I see it all the time. Someone comes to me after spending six months researching, ruminating, and essentially drowning.

They've watched every YouTube video, wasted several hours and been down so many rabbit holes thinking it would help. They have read every article and downloaded every free guide.

And yet they haven't moved. They're still tweaking. Still changing. And ultimately still looking for "perfect."

Still wondering, still waiting and wasting so much precious time. It's like standing at the edge of a swimming pool reading books about swimming. At some point, you've just got to get in.

Don't get me wrong, AI is brilliant.

I use it. It saves me hours.

It helps me think faster and write better.

But it often gives adive that misses the mark, and as much as it is trying to learn who you are and how you operate, there is a lot that can happen when two humans are having a conversation. Tone, emotion, connection. AI can't look you in the eye and explain the hesitation in your voice when you explain your idea.

It can't notice that you're spending three weeks perfecting a logo because you're actually scared of launching.

It can't tell when you're talking yourself out of something you should absolutely do.

That's where another human comes in.

We all have blind spots.

You can't read the label from inside the jar.

You can stare at your business every day and completely miss the one thing that's keeping you stuck.

Sometimes all it takes is someone asking,

"Why are you doing it that way?"

Or...

"Have you thought about this instead?"

One conversation can save months of going around in circles.

I've made plenty of mistakes.

I've backed products that didn't work.

I've changed direction.

I've launched things before they felt ready.

I've overthought.

I've underthought.

I've had moments where I genuinely questioned whether I had any idea what I was doing.

That's business.

The difference is, every one of those mistakes taught me something I couldn't have learned from a blog or my AI pal.

That's why I created The Get Unstuck Session.

Not because I have all the answers. I don't.

But I've been through enough to know which questions to ask.

For one hour, we'll sit down together and figure out what's actually holding you back.

Maybe it's your product.

Maybe it's your positioning.

Maybe it's your supplier.

Maybe it's your website.

Maybe it's not your business at all.

Maybe you've convinced yourself you need another month of research when what you really need is permission to hit publish.

If I think you're on the wrong track, I'll tell you.

If you're overcomplicating it, I'll simplify it.

If you're closer than you think, I'll tell you that too.

Because sometimes the most valuable thing you can buy isn't another course.

It's someone in your corner.

Someone who's been there. Someone who can see what you can't.

And sometimes, that's all it takes to finally move.
