Supplier Research & Vetting
I research and identify a shortlist of credible, verified suppliers suited to your product. I look at legitimacy, communication quality, product capability and track record before you hear back from me.
Outreach & Communication
I make first contact on your behalf. I present your brief professionally, ask the right questions and manage all back-and-forth until we have quotes, lead times and terms on the table. You don't have to write a single awkward email.
Quote Comparison & Recommendation
Once quotes are in, I break it all down into a clear, simple comparison so you can make a confident decision. I give you my honest recommendation and the reasons behind it.
Sample Coordination
I facilitate your sample order from your preferred supplier, managing the communication and logistics so your sample actually arrives looking like what you asked for.
Price & MOQ Negotiation
I negotiate on your behalf. Pricing, minimum order quantities, and payment terms. I know what's reasonable, what's negotiable and how to have that conversation without damaging the relationship you've just built.
Supplier Handover Document
When the job is done, you get everything documented including supplier details, contact names, agreed terms, communication history and everything you need to manage the relationship confidently going forward. It's yours to keep.

Questions Worth Asking
How long does the process take?
Every product is different, but most clients have a supplier shortlist and active conversations within 1–2 weeks of briefing. Sample timelines vary by product and supplier location and I will give you an honest estimate once I understand what you need.
Do you only source from China?
No. I source from wherever makes sense for your product. China and Vietnam are the most common markets for Australian ecommerce founders, but the right supplier is wherever the right supplier is. We work that out together.
What if no suitable supplier is found?
It's rare, but if after exhaustive searching we genuinely can't find a supplier that meets your brief, we regroup. I'll be honest with you about what's realistic and we work out the best path forward together. I don't disappear when things get hard.
Can I hire you if I'm still in the idea phase?
