My Why

I cannot watch a woman give up on something she was meant to build.

That’s the simplest way I can explain it.

Over and over again, I’ve seen the same pattern.

A woman has an idea.
A good one.

She thinks about it constantly.
Researches it.
Starts to move… then stops.

Not because she isn’t capable.

Because she doesn’t have a clear path forward.
Because she’s second-guessing every decision.
Because she feels like she might be getting it wrong.
Because she’s doing it alone.

And slowly, the idea gets pushed further and further away.

Most of the time, nothing happens next.

The idea stays exactly where it started, in her head.

She tells herself she’ll come back to it.
That she just needs more time.
That maybe one day she’ll figure it out.

But deep down, she knows:

It’s not about time.

It’s about direction.

Because I’ve also seen what happens when that changes.

When someone finally has clarity.
When the next step becomes obvious.
When they stop circling the idea and start building.

Everything shifts.

They move faster.
They make decisions with confidence.
They stop talking themselves out of it.

And the business that once felt impossible… becomes real.
