Your video may include:

• Professionally edited client-supplied footage

• Licensed music where suitable

Videos are created in vertical 9:16 format and may be up to 30 seconds in length unless otherwise agreed.

What You Need to Supply

To create content that is strategic, relevant and aligned with your business, you will need to complete a creative brief before work begins.

Please provide:

• Your brand brief or brand guidelines
• Your logo, fonts and brand colours
• Details about your target audience
• The product, service or offer being promoted
• The key message you want communicated
• The purpose of the content
• Your preferred call to action
• Product images, lifestyle images or video footage
• Examples or references showing the style you like
• Any wording, claims, pricing or promotional information that must be included

The clearer and more complete your brief is, the stronger the final content will be.

If you do not yet have a formal brand brief, you can provide your website, social media accounts and any existing brand assets to help guide the creative direction.

What Is Included

Your package includes:

• Review of your submitted creative brief
• Custom creative development
• Design or editing of the selected number of assets
• One standard format per asset
• One round of reasonable revisions
• Final high-resolution, ready-to-use files

Static designs will be supplied as JPG or PNG files.

Videos will be supplied as high-resolution MP4 files.

Please Note

This service is for the creation of finished digital content. It does not include photography, UGC, on-location filming, product samples, influencer or model sourcing, full campaign strategy, advertising management, extensive copywriting or unlimited revisions unless added separately.

Video pricing is based on the client supplying suitable images, footage and brand assets. Videos requiring complete scripting, advanced animation, custom AI-generated scenes, voiceovers, extensive stock footage or complex production may require a separate quote.

Editable or working design files are not included unless agreed to before the project begins.

Work will commence once your completed brief, brand assets and required content have been received.
